Individual responses to our surveys are held in strictest confidence, and all survey analysis and reports contain only summary information based on all survey responses or on segments with a sufficient number of responses to mask individual survey responses.

All surveys are assigned a unique identifying number and are entered into our proprietary data base. Our database is password protected and stored on our network server which is firewall protected. Surveys are preserved in paper format only until completion of our analysis and then they are shredded and recycled using a local service company.
