Is my information confidential?
- All survey responses are 100 percent confidential. Our practice will only receive summary information once each quarter that will include all the totals and or average responses for all surveys completed during that quarter.
- Market Scope has established safeguards to protect your data. These include the separation of contact information from responses to other questions upon receipt of information and storage of data on a password and firewall protected server.
What arre the chances that I will win a prize?
- There will be one $500 travelers check awarded and your odds of winning will depend on the number of entries. Many people that complete the survey will elect not to enter the sweepstakes and this will increase your odds of winning the traveler's check.
Why am I being redirected to QuestionPro and who are they?
- QuestionPro provides the generic survey software used to ask questions and collect the data. Responses to survey questions are only retained by QuestionPro until they are retrieved by Market Scope.
