<p><strong>Is my information confidential?</strong></p>

<li>All survey responses are 100 percent confidential. Our practice will only receive summary information once each quarter that will include all the totals and or average responses for all surveys completed during that quarter. 
<li>Market Scope has established safeguards to protect your data. These include the separation of contact information from responses to other questions upon receipt of information and storage of data on a password and firewall protected server.</li></ul>
<p><strong>What arre the chances that I will win a prize?</strong></p>

<li>There will be&nbsp;one $500&nbsp;travelers check awarded and your odds of winning will depend on the number of entries.&nbsp; Many people that complete the survey will elect not to enter the sweepstakes and this will increase your odds of winning the traveler's check.</li></ul>

Individual responses to our surveys are held in strictest confidence, and all survey analysis and reports contain only summary information based on all survey responses or on segments with a sufficient number of responses to mask individual survey responses. <br /><br />All surveys are assigned a unique identifying number and are entered into our proprietary data base. Our database is password protected and stored on our network server which is firewall protected.
